Compound Conveyor Belt
Conveyor belts developed to conquer harsh operational environments from heat, oil exposure, and corrosive chemicals to extremely low temperatures and steep material handling
The continuity and cost-effectiveness of industrial material handling are significantly influenced by the appropriate combination of carcass structure and cover-rubber compound. Our speciality belt series is designed to withstand rigorous physical and climatic challenges across five distinct application scenarios.
Acid/alkali-resistant belts endure corrosion from various concentrations of acids and alkalis. For low-temperature applications, cold-resistant belts maintain consistent flexural and peel strength from -40°C to -60°C, thereby preventing hardening and brittle fracture. Heat-resistant belts provide various temperature-grade cover compounds for hot materials over 600°C. Oil-resistant belts inhibit edge penetration by oily substances, hence preventing swelling and delamination. For space-restricted steep conveying, corrugated sidewall belts accommodate inclination 0° up to 90° and can be constructed with any of the aforementioned resistance compounds as necessary.
This series enhances conveyor longevity and minimises maintenance frequency by aligning the rubber compound with the specific environmental threat.
