Industrial Conveyor Belts
Shot Blasting Conveyor Belt / Tumble Blasting Belt
The blast belt (tumblast track) serves as the primary load-bearing and propulsion element of tumble-type shot blasting devices. It secures the workpieces and continually tumbles them during blasting, ensuring that the shot uniformly cleans every surface. We have specialised in the creation and manufacture of blast belts for over a decade, producing and supplying over 20,000 belts annually across various specifications and models, supported by extensive production experience, a stringent quality inspection system, and committed technical service.
Key Advantages
- The rubber body's elasticity and energy-absorption cushion impact during high-frequency tumbling, preventing hard contact between workpieces and against the chamber wall, like non-ferrous parts (aluminum, copper, zinc alloy), and precision thin-walled parts remain clean without deformation, denting, or scratching.
- The rubber's damping eliminates the sharp metallic clatter of tumbling; compared with steel slat tracks, overall machine noise drops by 10–15 dB, keeping the workshop within occupational-health and environmental standards.
- The reverse (non-working) side uses a specially designed rubber to keep the track running true under off-center loads, reducing mistracking.
- Densely distributed shot-discharge holes let spent shot and scale fall through quickly into the bottom recovery system, preventing shot build-up in the chamber.
- A carcass of multiple high-strength nylon, polyester cord, or transverse steel layers raises tensile strength for low elongation and deformation resistance under full load.
